ASQ logoBaltimore, Maryland (April 2015) – Brookes Publishing has been selected as a Bronze winner in the 35th Annual Telly Awards for their short video on the impact of the Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ). With nearly 12,000 entries from all 50 states and numerous countries, this is truly an honor.

The winning video, “How One Child Care Center Uses ASQ,” takes viewers inside the Woodbrook Early Education Center in Towson, MD and explores their positive experience with the ASQ developmental screener. Interviews with the center’s director, a teacher, and a parent reveal how screening with ASQ helped them make a difference in the lives of children. The video was filmed, directed, and produced for Brookes by Storyfarm (www.storyfarm.com), a Baltimore-based company that provides professional video production and video marketing services.

The Telly Awards (www.tellyawards.com) was founded in 1979 and is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, video and film productions, and online commercials, video and films. A prestigious judging panel of over 500 accomplished industry professionals judged the competition, upholding the standard of excellence that Telly represents.

“The Telly Awards has a mission to honor the very best in film and video,” said Linda Day, Executive Director of the Telly Awards. “Brookes Publishing and Storyfarm’s accomplishment illustrates their creativity, skill, and dedication to their craft and serves as a testament to great film and video production.”

“We’re very proud to be recognized by the Telly Awards,” said Jessica Reighard, Director of Marketing at Brookes Publishing. “The video was a true team effort and gave us the opportunity to highlight the impact of ASQ by partnering with an exemplary childcare center and top-notch production studio. Thanks to Woodbrook and Storyfarm, we were able to show how ASQ can make a difference in children’s lives.”
