Where do I ship returns?
Please send all returns postpaid directly to our warehouse: Brookes Publishing Co., Returns Department, Maple Logistics Solutions, 60 Grumbacher Road, I-83 Industrial Park, York, PA 17406. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by UPS.
Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the return so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.

I would like to use an excerpt from one of your publications. How do I submit a request?
Brookes accepts requests for limited reprints of our copyrighted material. To submit a request, please fill out the permission request form on our permissions page, and be sure to read the helpful tips included there.
I submitted a permissions request form, but I haven't heard back yet. How do I check the status of my request?
Requests typically take 4 to 6 weeks to process. Please do not call or email to follow up unless it’s been at least 4 weeks since you submitted your request. (After 4 weeks, you can fax a note to (443) 279-0976 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.)

How do I request an exam or review copy of a Brookes book?
If you’re a college or university faculty member and would like to request an exam copy of a book, just fill out our exam copy request form or visit the exam and review copy page for information about faxing and mailing your requests to us. Please be sure to submit the form with complete information or we will not be able to fulfill your request. (We provide exam copies to faculty only.)
How do I add myself to your email newsletter list?
Signing up for our newsletters is quick and easy. Just go to our newsletter signup page and select from the list of topic-specific or product-specific newsletters. You can choose to receive as many as you want, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I pre-order or backorder a book?
Yes, you can pre-order a book while it’s still in press or backorder a book that’s in the process of being reprinted. If you place an order for a title in press, you may not receive the book for several months. If you have chosen to pay for the book by credit card or with a purchase order, your account won’t be charged until we ship the book.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, Brookes offers bulk discounts and savings code discounts, as well as periodic special sales. Please see our discounts page for more details.

International customers: Payment by wire transfer must include all transaction and exchange fees, including those charged by the customer’s own financial institution and any intermediary financial institution employed by the customer’s original bank to complete the transfer.
