Tips for placing your order:

• When placing an order, be sure to indicate whether your delivery address is residential or commerical.
  
  
• We cannot deliver to post office boxes; therefore, please include a complete street address.
  
  
• Please note that campus addresses (e.g., Morey Hall, Room 302) also need to include a street address (e.g., 100 Main Street).
  
  
• If a street address is not provided, products will be shipped via USPS and delivery times may vary.
  
  
• Orders paid for by purchase order (PO) are subject to a 2% processing fee. The 2% PO fee is applied to domestic orders over $55.00 and on Canadian orders over $67.00.

Rush shipping
All rush orders receive priority processing. Orders placed by 10 a.m. Eastern during the business week will be processed immediately. Rush orders received after 10 a.m. will be processed by 10 a.m. Eastern the following business day. Shipping time depends on which rush method you choose.

Rush shipping and handling charges are calculated by adding one of the following fees to the standard shipping charge for continental U.S. orders (see above):

Note: If you order items with different availability dates (one or more of the items is pre- or back-ordered and one or more is available immediately), we will ship each pre- or back-ordered title by standard shipping as it becomes available.


Canada

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. To save customers money on standard shipping, Brookes ships twice a month to Canada. Orders are shipped on the 10th and 25th of each month; orders placed by the last business day prior to these dates will be included in the shipment.
