David Allen, Ph.D., is the co-project director of Creating and Sustaining Change Across Diverse Early Intervention Systems (CASCADES), an outreach training project focused on providing technical assistance and training to early intervention systems in the areas of screening, assessment, and naturalistic interventions. Dr. Allen also teaches and supervises graduate students in the Early Intervention Program at
Portland

University
. He has conducted research and trained nationally on AEPS®. His research interests include infant mental health, family support programs in rural settings, and early childcare. |
