Ellen S. Fabian, Ph.D.
Ellen S. Fabian, Ph.D., is Associate Professor in the Department of Counseling and Personnel Services (CAPS) at the University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Fabian has devoted her career to program development and evaluation in job development and supported employment, as well as research, training, and teaching in these and related areas. She has served in a number of leadership positions and maintains a strong interest in psychiatric rehabilitation, career development, and rehabilitation counseling. |
