Developed for K3 students who receive primary reading instruction in Spanish, the Tejas LEE® Assessment Kit gives teachers everything they need to administer the reliable, research-based Tejas LEE® and help all of their students make real reading progress. Teachers will conduct an inventory of the literacy skills of students receiving primary instruction in Spanish, observing their strengths and weaknesses in key areas such as book and print awareness, phonological awareness, graphophonemic knowledge, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, and fluency. Written in "neutral" Spanish to account for different dialects, the inventory gives teachers the critical information they need to differentiate instruction and target interventions.
