Student Record Sheets & Class Summary Sheets for the TPRI® System

To conduct screening and diagnosis with the TPRI® Benchmarking Kit and progress monitoring with the PMER and PMBR kits, teachers need these forms*:

TPRI® Record Sheets

For use with the TPRI® Benchmarking Kit, this package includes 25 consumable Student Record Sheets and 3 Class Summary Sheets to record individual and whole-class scores at beginning of year, middle of year, and end of year.

PMER and PMBR Student Record Sheets

The consumable record sheets for the PMER and PMBR progress monitoring kits are sold separately in grade-specific packages. Teachers will get 15 easy-to-use record sheets.

*Scoring sheets for the old editions will not work with the 2010 editions of the TPRI® Benchmarking, PMER, and PMBR Kits.
