REGISTRATION PROCESSING AND CONFIRMATION Registrations will not be processed until payment or purchase order has been received. Purchase orders must either accompany the registration form or be received within 5 business days of registration form and no later than the May 21, 2008 registration closing date. All registrations will be confirmed by e-mail or fax within 3 business days of receipt of payment. It is recommended that you do not make non-refundable airline reservations until you have received your written confirmation notice. Brookes Publishing reserves the right to cancel the Institute or selected seminars and will inform registrants by May 30, 2008. Should the Institute or selected seminars be cancelled, full refunds will be issued.
All attendee cancellations must be received in writing (mail, fax, or e-mail). Attendee cancellations received by May 1, 2008 will receive a full refund (less a $25 processing fee). Cancellations received by May 15, 2008 will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be available after May 15, 2008, but organizations may choose to send substitutes, space permitting (see Registration Processing and Confirmation). SCHEDULE CHANGES Brookes Publishing reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or reschedule one or more of the seminars due to unforeseen circumstances. Advance notice will be provided to the extent possible.
