REGISTRATION PROCESSING AND CONFIRMATION
Registrations will not be processed until payment or purchase order has been received. Purchase orders must either accompany the registration form or be received within 5 business days of registration form and no later than the April 6, 2009 registration closing date.
All registrations will be confirmed by e-mail or fax. It is recommended that you do not make non-refundable airline reservations until you have received your written confirmation notice. For your registration status, call 1-800-638-3775 or e-mail seminars@brookes

If you register and then are unable to attend the training, you may either request a refund of your registration fee (see Cancellation Policies) or send a substitute. Substitutes must be declared and must complete a registration form at least 3 business days in advance of the training.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Brookes Publishing reserves the right to cancel the trainings and will inform registrants by April 1, 2009. Should the trainings be cancelled, full refunds will be issued.
All cancellations initiated by registrants received by April 6, 2009, will receive a 75% refund. No refunds will be available after April 6, 2009, but organizations may choose to send substitutes, space permitting. Cancellations must be received in writing (mail, fax, or e-mail).
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Brookes Publishing reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or reschedule one or more of the seminars due to unforeseen circumstances. Advance notice will be provided to the extent possible.

Materials required
Instructors require that 2009 Early Childhood Tools Institute attendees bring the materials listed in each seminar description under "Materials Required." Attendees coming from the same program may share materials. Please purchase your materials from Brookes Publishing Co. Orders MUST be received from customers in the U.S. by Monday, April 13, 2009; from customers outside the U.S. by Thursday, March 26, 2009 (note: international RUSH shipping may be required).
